President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has visited Tartar and Barda districts on October 3.
He laid a foundation stone for the Talish-Tapgaragoyunlu-Gashalti-Naftalan highway, AzerTAc reported.
The road's section from Naftalan City to the Talysh village has a length of 22 km.
